I guess you must have already tried to watch documentaries, news, films and the like, in English.
In my case, I am really hooked on TV series, that's why I like spending
time watching my favourite series in English. I wanted to recommend you
three I am really fond of. The first one is called “ONCE UPON A
TIME” (actually, you can watch it currently in Antena3 at ten on
Tuesdays: don't forget to change the language of the DTT into
English!!!! ) and it mixes reality with fairy tales, doing this in a
very imaginative way. The second one is named “MODERN FAMILY” and it
deals with family in a modern way (as the title suggests). And I think
you can watch it in Neox on the same day: what a pity!!! You need a
recorder if you want to watch both!!!!. And the third one’s name is
“HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER” and it focuses on the life of a group of
thirty-somethings, their friendship and their lives (It could be like a
continuation of “FRIENDS”). And you can also watch it in Neox in the
afternoon).
So these are my recommendations, but anything you like (whatever it is), try to watch it in English and try to do it on a regular basis!!! You will see how your English understanding improves!!!!!

En mi caso estoy enganchado a las series de televisión, por eso me gusta pasar el tiempo viendo mi serie favorita en inglés. Quería recomendaros tres con las que estoy encantado. La primera se llama "Érase Una Vez" (de hecho, podéis verla actualmente en Antena3 los martes a las 22h: no olvidad cambiar el idioma del TDT al inglés) y mezcla la realidad y los cuentos de hadas de una forma muy imaginativa. La segunda se llama "Familia Moderna" y trata de la familia visto de una forma moderna (como sugiere el título). Y me parece que se puede ver en Neox el mismo día: ¡Qué pena! Necesitarás un grabador TDT si queréis ver ambas. Y la tercera es "Cómo Conocí A Mi Madre" y se centra en la vida de un grupo de treinta y tantos, su amistad y sus vidas (podría verse como una continuación de "Friends"). Y podéis seguirla en Neox por las tardes.
Estas son mis recomendaciones, pero cualquier cosa que os guste, lo que sea, vedla en inglés e intentar hacerlo con regularidad. ¡Veréis cómo mejora vuestra comprensión del inglés!
